So, you want to try something new but aren’t sure where to begin? Let us help guide you through this new adventure! Below you’ll find a list of starting points for someone interested in beginning their pole journey, just choose the course that aligns with your skill level and interest. If you’re still unsure, feel free to call the studio to speak with someone who can answer any of your questions and/or concerns.
Intro to Pole
This class is designed for first timers who have never taken a pole class before or those who need a slow-paced refresher. In this class you will learn a basic spin and a couple of transitional moves, then put them together to music. This class is $15 and 45 minutes long.
This class is designed for beginners who have taken a pole class before and would like to practice putting their existing skills to use in a choreography-based class. In this class you will learn choreography for your existing beginner pole spins, tricks, and/or transitions. This class is $25 and is 1 hour long.
2 Week Beginner Pass
Looking to try something new? Our 2 Week Beginner Pass is perfect for anyone who wants to test the waters before committing to a full membership. With this pass, you can take up to 2 pole classes per week and unlimited non-pole classes to see if this is the perfect fit for you. For only $69, you can start your pass on the date of your choice within 60 days of purchase. Come and try a new form of fitness today!
Level 1 Pole Series
This is an 8-week course that allows you to learn a variety of beginner friendly spins, tricks, and transitions. In addition to that, in level 1 you will also learn to climb the pole, how to invert (go upside down) from the floor, and how to put these new skills together to music. The class meets once a week for a 1-hour long class. On Sunday’s we provide a 2-hour supervised Open Pole session that gives you a chance to practice what you learned in class the previous week. This 8-week course is $250.
