8 Week Pole Series

Level 1

Level 1 is the perfect starting point for students ready to officially commence their progressive pole journey. Our program teaches you the basic spins and techniques necessary to progress to more advanced moves. We’ll guide you through how to invert, climb properly, and perform choreography in a fun and safe environment.

8 week Series are Tuesday’s at 7pm

Beginning April 30th

Level 4

Level 4 is where the real magic happens. Your instructor will guide you through fancy spins like the Fairy and aerial tricks like the Teddy, helping you master the skills you need to become a pole diva!

Level 2

Are you ready to advance and clean up your level 1techniques? Level 2 is where you belong! Our experienced instructor will help you perfect your inverts, teach you invert-based tricks, combination spins, and guide you through foot clutching and more.

Tuesday’s at 8:15pm

Beginning April 30th

Level 5

Take your pole skills up another notch with our Level 5 series. Learn combination spins, aerial tricks like the Butterfly, and how to Shoulder Mount. We will guide you through each step and help you master new moves that you never thought were possible.

Thursday’s at 7pm

Beginning May 2nd

Level 3

Ready to take your skills to the next level? Join our Level 3 series and learn exciting new techniques like spins, hands-free tricks, and aerial inverts. Our professional instructor will help you master each move with precision and style, so you can really shine on the pole.

 

Wednesday’s at 8:00pm

Beginning May 1st

Level 6

Level 6 is specifically designed to challenge & build upon the skills learned in previous levels, introducing more advanced tricks, spin combos, & transitions. These include the Ayesha & Aerial Shoulder Mount. Our experienced instructors work closely with each student to ensure that they are properly trained and can reach their full potential.
